Construction cost:  $8.2M

Complete renovation of historic building to upgrade all major building systems and update facilities for instruction and performance programs for the School of Drama.  Project features natural ventilation in the lobby, with operable louvers and operable windows.  The project achieved LEED-NC Gold certification.
