The mechanical systems include displacement ventilation, radiant cooling panels, high efficient chilled water system, and acoustically engineering air systems. This project has received LEED Platinum status.

U.S. Coast Guard Commander Raymond J. Evans Shore Operations Building

This project received a 2006 Design Excellence Award, Small Business Category, from the Society of American Military Engineers, and was named 2007 Top Public Project by Northwest Construction Magazine. It also received the 2008 ASHRAE Technology Award, First Place - New Commercial Buildings, ASHRAE Puget Sound Chapter and ASHRAE Regional. The USCG Shore Ops Building achieved LEED-NC Silver certification.
Seattle Justice Center

This ASHRAE Technology Award-winning project included sustainable design features such as an underfloor displacement system for the auditorium, radiant heating in the lobby, and an adjustable ventilated orchestra platform that provided significant energy savings and improved indoor air quality.
